FCCH Youth exists to see students connected to Christ, to community, and to the culture.
FCCHamilton Youth Ministry exists to see students connected to Christ, to the Church, and in the culture. We emphasize teaching the gospel, fostering relationships, developing young leaders, integrating generations, and partnering with the global church. Read More About Our Mission and Vision Here
Students are encouraged to participate in corporate worship, service, and life together beyond our youth ministry offerings. We hope that our youth ministry will be the catalyst for lifelong participation in the local church. Our Milestones initiative encourages this mindset through various rites of passage.
HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
TUESDAYS 6:45-8:30 PM September-June
Join us for a break from school and homework to grow together! Each week features active games, food, friends, Scripture study, and conversation about authentic faith. Leadership opportunities are available for 10th-12th graders who are committed to Christ and to our community. During the summer months, we meet up on some Tuesday evenings for casual events.
HIGH SCHOOL SUNDAY SCHOOL AT 9:45 AM
Students meet in the Barn on Sunday mornings for Bible and topical studies related to understanding the Bible’s one-story plot line and living from the gospel of grace. We also eat breakfast together once per month!
SUMMER SERVICE TRIPS
Each January, current 8th-12th graders are invited to apply for one of our summer trips to Portland, Maine (recommended for current 8th-10th graders) and Nassau, Bahamas (recommended for current 10th-12th graders). In Nassau we partner with our Haitian brothers and sisters at Carmichael Evangelical Church to help run a weeklong Bible camp for the neighborhood children and we participate in various work projects and cross-cultural learning at the Adventure Learning Centre. In Portland, we join the Root Cellar, a faith-based ministry supported by local churches, in their outreach to the growing refugee community. We also have the opportunity to serve with the Preble Street soup kitchen and a grassroots homeless ministry called Neighbors.
High schoolers have the opportunity to get away together once or twice per year for outdoor adventures and spiritual growth. Past retreats have taken us to Camp Berea in Hebron, NH for snow tubing, paintball, and the giant swing and to Lake Ossipee for hiking and snow shoeing. Our relationships with Christ and with one another are formed when we unplug from our day-to-day life to be together.

MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH GROUP
WEDNESDAYS 6:45-8:30 PM
6th, 7th, and 8th graders and their friends are invited to join us every Wednesday night. Don't miss all the high-energy games, worship, teaching, and small group breakouts as we consider how faith in Jesus changes everything. During the summer months, middle schoolers are invited to join our all-church beach nights at Singing Beach (accompanied by a parent). We will also host some special events, as well as our highly anticipated Explore program, which runs the same week as VBS.
MIDDLE SCHOOL SUNDAY SCHOOL
9:45 AM September-June
6th Graders meet in Room 11 on the
first floor of the Ministry Center
7th & 8th Graders meet in the Café
(adjacent to the Ministry Center kitchen)
Middle Schoolers participate annually in Deep Freeze, a winter retreat at Camp Berea that includes snow tubing, paintball, basketball and volleyball tournaments, carpetball, billiards, and more! All of these fun activities lead to deeper connections with one another as we also hear teaching that helps middle schoolers grow in Christ.
