FCCH ANNUAL MEETING - November 16, 2020
Due to COVID constraints, we will host the annual meeting online and votes will be collected by mail-in ballots.
Here's what to expect:
· The annual report, including the proposed budget for 2021, will be mailed to all members next week. This will include a mail-in ballot related to the warrants. READ WARRANT HERE
· In order to ensure that everyone feels thoroughly prepared to vote, we are providing two opportunities for your questions and input.
1. In person Q&A meeting on Monday, October 26 from 7:00-8:30 pm in Heritage Hall for those members that do not have access to Zoom technology. A reservation is required.
2. Zoom on-line Q& A meeting will be held Monday, November 2 from 7:00-8:30 pm. A Zoom invitation will be emailed Monday morning.
The results of the mail in ballots will be announced the night of the annual meeting. Ballots can be mailed or dropped off by Friday, November 13 at 5:00 pm. Thank you for your flexibility in adapting to this new annual meeting format.
October 19 Annual Report is mailed to all church members

November 2 Zoom Q&A 7:00-8:30 pm - Zoom invitation emailed Monday morning.
November 13 Mail in ballots due by 5:00 pm.
